About Aviator Assistant
Built by pilots, for pilots. Aviator Assistant is an aviation software company on a mission to make flight safer, more accessible, and more efficient through integrated technology.
Built by people who fly
Aviator Assistant was founded by pilots who experienced firsthand the frustration of using fragmented, outdated aviation tools. We saw pilots juggling multiple apps for flight planning, weather, navigation, and study — none of them talking to each other, many of them unreliable.
We set out to build something better: an integrated aviation platform where every tool works together seamlessly. From the EFB in the cockpit to the AI behind the forecast, every product we build starts with a simple question — what do pilots actually need?
That question drives everything we do. Our team includes active pilots and aviation professionals who use the products we build. We test in the cockpit, we iterate based on real-world feedback, and we never ship something we would not trust on our own flights.
Our insistence on integration isn't aesthetics — it's about consistency. When your weather app, EFB, and flight planner each interpret the same TAF a little differently, you don't notice until a small inconsistency costs you a diversion. Building everything on a single platform means a decision made in one tool shows up in every other, with the same data underneath.
It also means being careful about where data comes from. Our forecasts run on government weather models we treat as the authoritative source, not third-party rewrites. Our reference content is grounded in ASA-published FAR/AIM material, so a citation is a real citation. When a number on a chart isn't trustworthy, we'd rather show nothing than guess — and that discipline is why pilots keep choosing us.
Making aviation safer, smarter, and more accessible
We believe that every pilot — from the student building their first cross-country to the ATP managing complex operations — deserves access to modern, reliable, integrated aviation tools. Our mission is to build the software that moves aviation forward.
Safety First
Better tools lead to better decisions. From weather intelligence to AI-powered reference, every product we build is designed to help pilots operate more safely.
Integrated by Design
Our products work together as a unified platform. Flight planning flows into navigation, weather feeds into decision-making, and training connects to operations.
Accessible to All
Pilot Path Pro is free for flight schools whose students subscribe to Aviator EFB — because the tools that run the school should come with the tools that train the pilot.
Many products. One platform.
Every product is designed to work independently or together, covering the full spectrum of aviation operations.
